This is the most important position for our new internet service LOCCO, the local concierge service. By LOCCO, we provide Facebook Messenger based personal assistance service and you will be dealing with the most important job for this service: handling user requests.

Also, now we are developing the service. It means “you can be one of the launching member of the new, super cool, and people-helping service!” You could possibly have a chance to become a manager of the service. How great is that?

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi language is required. Japanese language skill will be a plus
- Strong communication skills both in verbal and writing
- Experience with customer service preferred
- You should be a problem solver
- Punctuality, politeness, and hospitality are really important
- Basic PC / Smartphone skills (e-mail, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and so on)
